Corporate Videos

walmartWalmart “Ethnograhies”

We spent a year on the road with The Martin Agency interviewing and filming 32 Mom’s with their families and friends in 8 different cities in the United States. We started in Mobile, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia. After that we swept across America to Indianapolis, Kansas City, Dallas, Denver, Sacramento and Seattle. We set out to answer the big question, “What does save money live better mean to you?” For most it was saving money so they could spend quality time with family, having less stress in their life and keeping life simple. We discovered what was important to Mom’s and their families and what products they used and why.  We uncovered their shopping secrets and tips on how they save money so they can live better. A big thank you to all the families that opened their doors to us and let us film them waking up, eating breakfast, taking their kids to school, picking them up from school, running errands, shopping, going to PTA meetings, walking to the park, field trips, family outings, cooking, studying, cleaning, putting their kids to bed and enjoying life.   I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Paul (Strategic Planner), Chad Garber (Producer), Betsy Burgess (Producer), Charlie Gruet (DP), Patrick Biedrycki (Stills Photographer) and Nick Wurz (Editor).

loyaltv-ad-waste-bathroom-breakLoyalTV - Bathroom Break

I wrote, Directed and produced these three business to business videos for LoyalTV. LoyalTV is a internet company that has a website you can go to and find out about any product from real people, just like you. No more relying on just what the advertiser is saying. It’s a very authentic way to find out about the “stuff” you want to find out about. With the advertising world changing so quickly and  the introduction to social media and user generated content I thought to my self, “What do people do when they are watching TV at home and a commercial comes on?” So I set out and asked a focus group and every person I met the same question. I picked the top three answers and than produced three compelling videos that convey the message of  Ad Waste. Not only is it an ad for loyalTV, but it is a message to brands to get smarter with the way they advertise. Watch the three videos and enjoy what people do when commercials come on.

loyaltv-bandLoyalTV - Loyal Band

I Directed and Produced this spot. Wiki Wiki shot and edited it. This was a local band that we hired and we shot it against a white syche that I designed. I was pretty simple. I think set up time was about 1 hour and we shot it in an hour. Packed up and edited it the same day. We thought about casting a little person to dance around the band while performing, but our client didn’t go for it.

loyaltv-platformLoyalTV - Marketing Video

I Co-Wrote, Directed and Produced this corporate video for loyalTV. Courtney Jones, Founder, is the spokesperson. We shot him against a green screen. Wiki Wiki was the editor and Brian Colon with Gooch Post did all the motion graphics. We edited on Final Cut Studio Suite and used After Effects for all the motion graphics.  The sales team used this video to help explain how the loyalTV platform would be beneficial to their company.

press-expresscom-employeePress Express - Staff Video

I Co-Wrote, Directed and Produced this piece. Wiki Wiki shot and edited. Did this in a half day for a start up company. They wanted a meet the staff page to be personal and original. So I though, why not show the staff on video. Have them do something fun while they explain what they do. We made a bunch of them this is just one of many. Sean, who is a pretty good hacky sacker, actually did kick the ball into a light and broke it. We went with it and used the reaction and real footage in the piece. We added a little sound effect in post to highlight the break.
