LoyalTV - We Live in a World

This is one of the first animation I did for loyalTV. I conceived, co-wrote, produced and directed it. The animator is JT Bruce. He is very talented film maker that lives in San Diego. He did all the artwork and art direction and co-wrote it. Look for a lot more work to come out JT Bruce. 

 

 

Hospice - It Must Be Love

National Hospice PSA, “It Must Be Love.”  Wrote, directed and produced this piece for National Hospice and Palliative Care organization. Combined Live action and animation to create a new image on Hospice. It has aired in 23 states and over 5000 times. I set out to create a piece that changed the image of Hospice. Hospice has always been known as a place where people go to before they die. That is true, however, what I did not know is that the true essence of Hospice is about living. Learning to live and enjoy and come to terms with the rest of your life. Having experienced Hospice for the first time with my son, I can honestly say it saved my life. It took me from a place of confusion and depression to a place of love and enlightenment. It brought a smile to my face. I needed to show the world what Hospice taught me. So I created a piece that is fun, uplifting, fantasy and happy. I secured the rights to the song, “It Must Be Love” by Madness. The lyrics of the song were so perfect. They fit my message perfectly. I spent a couple months on this project and filmed it with the help of the animator, Brian Colon. Him and I worked on it in our spare time. It has been received very well throughout the hospice community. Enlightening and bringing a better understanding to those out there going through transition. LoyalTV - Meet Larry

I wrote, directed and produced this piece for loyalTV also. David Cintron “Wiki Wiki” did all the animation and graphics. He built them from scratch. We took some stills of me and created an animated environment. And with Wiki’s magic he edited it together seamlessly. The piece was a promotional spot to help people understand what loyalTV is all about. Watch it and find out.  

 

 

LoyalTV - Taking a Stroll

I wrote, directed and produced this piece with the help of JT Bruce again. It is the second project we have collaborated on. We wanted to do something different than the first piece, so we focused on a story told with imagery and no voice over. Its a longer piece about a man who actually enters the world of loyalTV. He is put in real situations where he needs help making a decision. LoyalTV helps him make the best decision in each situation. Wiki Wiki helped with the music score. And the brilliant art direction and animation goes to JT Bruce.
